Hi, I’m a food and lifestyle blogger currently living in Cork, Ireland. I grew up in Paris where my grandmother taught me all about French cooking. I’m passionate about baking and creating special moments around the table with people you love.

I became vegan nearly 2 years ago to create a more sustainable lifestyle for myself. In line with this commitment, I’ve started my minimalism journey and I’m working my way to an eco-friendly wardrobe and home.

 I’ve also lived in Canada and Australia as I’m figuring out my place in the world. 

Why the name “Olympe and George”?

My website’s name comes from two strong French women: Olympe de Gouges and George Sand.

They defied the status quo and pursued what they thought was right even though it went against society’s rules and etiquette.

I wish to channel their energy and visionary spirits to choose what’s right every day. I hope their courage inspires all of us.
